Southern Virginia hangs on to the top spot in the IH ranking system despite the loss to Springfield. The algorithm did not penalize SVU in the rating system as they outscored Springfield in the loss. NYU is the only remaining undefeated team in the country. Springfield’s win puts them in the top 3 as they now have a 13 game win streak.
The regular season is winding down and comes to an end next Saturday. Conference Playoffs are beginning the following week.
