Career Stats:

Q&A
We see you have been playing other positions than middle this season. How has that transition gone?
“Playing opposite is fantastic. I love the switch, I have always wanted to make the switch, I love being on the court for all 6 rotations.”
As a senior, what does life look like after graduation in regards to volleyball and your career goals?
“After I graduate, that will probably be it for my volleyball career. I plan on being a high school math teacher and taking over a volleyball program in the district I teach in.”
How is the Hawks season progressing compared to expectations?
“So, the season reality compared to expectations. I think we did not play up to the expectations of ourselves, coaches, other coaches and pretty much the whole country. There are times we look at each other and are like wow we are good why don’t we do this every game. Overall, we have been pretty pleased with our performance with the exception of losing to Messiah up 13-10 in the fifth, lost to Rutgers up 14-12 in the fifth, and of course the Arcadia loss.”

The UVC conference playoffs will be here soon. Which team do you think is the team to beat in the conference tournament and why?
“I believe the team to beat in the UVC is Vassar, but I know there isn’t one team in the UVC that feels good about playing us.”
Give us your picks for the NCAA D3 final 4!
“Picks for final 4: New Paltz, NCC, Springfield, Vassar”
What has been your favorite part of the NYU season thus far?
“Favorite part of the season has to be reverse sweeping Fisher in their home gym, especially because they beat us in the UVC finals last year.”
